Terms and Conditions

Any person who engages with this website are confirming their acceptance of the website Terms and Conditions and any policies therein.

1. Payment:

All orders placed are required to be paid for using one of the offered payment methods. We do not accept cash or cheques for any orders. If you are unable to make payment for any reason please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist you.

2. Order & Delivery:

Any Rabbit hole Records stock items ordered prior to 3pm Monday – Friday will be dispatched within 24 hours* (unless you are contacted to confirm otherwise). You have a choice of Second class or Recorded delivery services provided by Royal Mail for UK deliveries. Delivery times provided are estimated, but during busy periods these timeframes may be longer, any such delays are out of our control but we will endeavour to work with our customers to ensure safe receipt of their order. Any pre order, warehouse stock or US item(s) will be dispatched on receipt with us, and you shall receive updates on your order by email or text depending on your preferences. International orders are taken on an individual basis and a price for shipping will be discussed prior to placing the order. We reserve the right to refuse any orders where a price and location have not been agreed.

3. Pre Order price promise:

On receipt of payment your pre order we will placed with the supplier. When placing a pre order, the prices are not guaranteed and may change. Should the price of your item change after you have placed an order with Rabbit hole Records we will ensure any price decrease is refunded back to the customer, and any price increases will be covered by us. Please be aware that pre order items can be delayed, volumes can be reduced without notice and unfortunately on some occasions can even be cancelled. We will endeavour to keep the customer up to date with any communications received from the Labels and suppliers.

4. Preloved:

Preloved items will contain wear and tear, and although we check every item thoroughly, please bear this in mind when you place an order. We will always rate each item based on the condition and price it accordingly. Should you have any queries or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us.

5. Damaged on Delivery:

Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately to discuss a resolution.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they check their order on receipt. Any claims for damage must be submitted within 48 working hours of receipt. Any damage reported after this timeframe will not be considered.

6. Unfulfilled Orders:

In the unlikely event that Rabbit hole Records is unable to fulfil your order for any reason, you will be contacted immediately with an explanation. Force Majeure events are events or omissions that are beyond our control. These may include but are not limited to: Manufacturer, Distributor, Courier disruptions, Transportation Damage and Pandemic.

7. Privacy:

Any personal information received from a customer will only be used for the purposes of fulfilling your order.

Rabbit hole Records is committed to processing your personal data in accordance with Data Protection Legislation and the latest General Data Protection Regulation. Any such data is encrypted and stored securely. Should you agree to subscribe to our marketing you will receive communications from our store, these can be updated or opted out of at any time.

8. Complaints:

Should you have any reason to complain please contact us at your earliest opportunity. We pride ourselves on providing the best possible customer service, any feedback received is taken seriously and we will endeavor to implement any necessary changes to ensure the longevity of our service to you.
